  • Any song removals, takedowns, or account actions by Spotify or any other streaming platform if the Client uses external services outside of Its21Master, or employs bots, automation, or other artificial methods to manipulate music streams, followers, or metrics.

  • Any losses resulting from such actions, as they are outside of our control.

4. Refund Policy

  • All services provided by Its21Master are non-refundable due to the nature of the service, the resources required, and the upfront investment on our end.

  • We reserve the right to issue a refund and cancel a booking/order only if our internal team determines that a song, project, or campaign cannot be taken up or approved.

5. Service Commitments

  • We will make reasonable efforts to deliver services as described, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as a fixed number of streams, playlist placements, or engagement metrics.

  • Results may vary depending on factors outside our control, including listener behavior, platform algorithms, and market conditions.

6. Client Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required for us to deliver the service.

  • Not use bots, artificial streaming, or unauthorized third-party tools that violate Spotify or other streaming platform guidelines.

7. Storage & Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your personal information. However, no online data transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access.

You may at any time:
